SUNDAY SUMMARY

Numbers 11:25-29  The spirit of prophecy is spread across the elders, those approved and unapproved.

Psalm 19:8, 10, 12-13, 14  God's way is perfect and always just, even if it is inscrutable to us.

James 5:1-6  Those who live by ill-gotten wealth will be sorry when it testifies against them in the end.

Mark 9:38-43, 45, 47-48  Jesus teaches the disciples to judge what is and isn't a threat to the community's integrity.
