Jeremiah 33:14-16  The days are coming when the promises of God will be fulfilled.

Psalm 25:4-5, 8-9, 10, 14  God’s friendship is available to those who wait on the divine presence.

1 Thessalonians 3:12-4:2  Continue to conduct yourselves in anticipation of the coming of Jesus and his holy ones.

Luke 21:25-28, 34-36  Some will die of fright, and others will see redemption at hand when the Son of Man comes.
