Jeremiah 31:7-9  Gathered from the ends of the Earth, the ones who departed in tears will return to consolation.

Psalm 126:1-2, 2-3, 4-5, 6  Those who once carried the seeds of mourning will reap joy.

Hebrews 5:1-6  God's representatives remove the guilt of the people through sin offerings.

Mark 10:46-52  Jesus makes blind Bartimaeus the offer of a lifetime: the gift of true sight.
