Isaiah 6:1-2a, 3-8  Isaiah fearfully receives a heavenly vision and volunteers to be sent by the Lord.

Psalm 138:1-2, 2-3, 4-5, 7-8  Gratefully we sing God’s praises, for when we call, God answers.

1 Corinthians 15:1-11  Paul, though unworthy, has embraced the call to be an apostle.

Luke 5:1-11  Peter, a sinful man, and his partners accept a new commission from Jesus.
