Sirach 35:12-14, 16-18  The petitions of the servants of God pierce the heavens.

2 Timothy 4:6-8, 16-18  Earthly support may desert you, but God stands fast with the faithful one.

Luke 18:9-14  A sinner and a righteous man offer their prayers. The humble man is justified.
