I got in a lot of trouble in grammar school. And though I didn’t like staying after school, the punishment I really hated was hearing that my behavior “reflected badly on my parents.”

It can’t be Christmas every day. But we can embrace each other as the family of faith, whatever opportunities we have.

Joseph had guts. And he had heart. And he had great love for Mary and Jesus. He showed great leadership in his family.

Here are some ways you can cut through your own spiritual confusion and bewilderment this Advent in order to say yes to God.

John is not the cause for joy. Everyone will have to wait, even if it is just for a little while. And that is the meaning and message of Advent.
